What Can You See?

A personal window onto the past, these beautiful amateur films digitally preserved with support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund show rarely seen perspectives of British life from the 1920s to the 1950s. Thanks to the What can you see? project, some of the oldest and most at-risk 16mm collections held by MACE were scanned in high definition before descriptions were created by young people so that every detail captured could be shared with and enjoyed by everyone.
