Because of this, any information that you give to the Media Archive for Central England (MACE) will not be sold to another organisation without your express permission. Any details that you supply to MACE that might identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

MACE may use the information you give us to contact you to send details of our new services or to assist us in understanding our customers better. If you do not wish to receive details of our new services send an email to info@macearchive.org.

MACE is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. Our website development partner (un.titled) has access to this information for website maintenance purposes only. MACE uses MailChimp as a method of distributing e-newsletters to users who have agreed to receive them. MailChimp's privacy policy can be found here.  

No financial information is stored on our servers or those of our partner un.titled.

MACE accepts debit and credit card payments over the telephone. We use Paypal's secure Virtual Terminal to process debit and credit card payments. MACE does not store debit or credit card details using this system, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

This website contains links to other websites with their own privacy policies. MACE and its partners are not responsible for the privacy policies of these websites.
