Description

Frank Bruno is interviewed throughout by Tim Russon about his career, life and hopes for the future. There are also contributions from his fiancee Laura, trainer George Francis, manager Terry Lawless, the ITV boxing commentator Reg Gutteridge, Bruno's sister Fay and his mother Lynnette.

We see Bruno training outdoors and in a gym with George Francis. He is seen on a visit to Great Ormond Street Hospital in London emphasising his charity work where he meets children. Interview with the public relations officer for the hospital Penny Uprichard. Bruno is seen returning to the boarding school he attended in Sussex (Oak Hall). Interview with the head of child care at the school, Sandy Nichols and pupil David Roper. Stills showing Bruno as a pupil.
