Description

We open with shots of people dressed in historic costumes in the grounds of Holme Lacy House. The opening sections of the reel may be missing because we then have inter-titles beginning with: 'Scene IV Country Fair in Georgian Times' and 'Scene V Party at Holme Lacy in Queen Victoria's Reign'. Each scene shows people in costumes of the eras being depicted. A crowd is watching, and we also briefly see the Elite Dance Band who are providing the music and a shot of the members of Stoke Prior and District WI sitting drinking tea and eating sandwiches. The latter sections show performances from several dancers (captioned as being pupils of Mrs Brian Hutton).
