Description

Councillors claim that he earned £200 a week for just nine minutes work. Rob Whitehouse interview with Mr Hickman who said that the claims were untrue and that he was given unpaid overtime. Also interview with Councillor Joe Adams who said that a shop steward can spend up to half his time on union work. Mr Hickman's colleagues have gone on strike in support of him.
