The hall has an organ built in 1909 by master craftsman James Binns from Leeds that was presented as a gift by the founder of the Boots company Jesse Boot. The organ requires restoration work which will cost £200,000 to return it to its former glory. Interview with Jack Craig about said that an appeal had been launched to raise the money.
