The house was officially opened by 76-year-old Ken Newey who lived in the house for fifty years. We see Ken arriving in a Rolls Royce and cutting the tape. Tony Maycock talked to Laurence Temple-Edwards from Tarmac and Philip Court from Midshires about the modernisation which cost £9,000. Exterior shot of nearby high rise flats.
