The film follows Lady Henrietta Tavistock through her role at Woburn Abbey in the day-to-day running of a large stately home, entertaining guests and talking to her staff as well as her extra job as a consultant to Aston Martin (she is seen visiting the Newport Pagnell factory). She discusses with Lynda Berry her lifestyle, background and interests in modelling and fashion. We also see Robin Tavistock at work in his London office and there is archive film of the couple's wedding and a recent Neil Diamond concert that was held at Woburn.
