Description

Opening section spoofs the ATV Today opening titles (with speeded up music) and includes shot of television camera and chimney being demolished. Exterior of house on Knottsall Lane in Warley where the amateur television station is based. Bev Smith piece to camera who links into a joke wedding film complete with shaky camera. He then talks to retired electronics engineer Arthur Bevington about how he operates and the equipment he has acquired from ATV. Views of equipment which includes a Marconi MkIII camera, an EMI vidicon camera, a Sony half inch video recorder and a telecine machine. We also see a woman (Mrs Bevington?) operating a portable video camera.
