The film opens with a wide shot of the building and surrounding houses. We then cut to the playground where the children are seen lining up. The film is a tour of the building and we begin in the headmaster's office where the head Mr Regan is seen chatting to a visitor from the local education authority. We then see the school secretary in her office and the door to the deputy headmaster's office (W.R. Kellett the deputy head and film-maker is briefly seen in a corridor). We then see activities in a woodwork lesson and in the school library. Next we see a science lesson underway followed by the netball team having their photograph taken in the playground. We then see more scenes of lessons in classrooms including a domestic science lesson with girls making cakes and art class including pottery. After more shots of the library we see a mosaic dedicated to the school's patron, the Blessed Philip Howard followed by a PE lesson in the hall and finally pupils leaving school at the end of the day.
