After a brief section showing a family with a dog we see people walking towards the camera on a railway station (an LMS locomotive is in the background). We then see an outdoor floral display followed by views form an open top bus driving through Cheddar Gorge in Somerset. The party pose for the camera next to a waterfall and walk through a busy town (Cheddar?) We then cut to a seaside resort. A pier is visible and the sea is choppy. After a short section showing a woman paddling in calmer water we see brief views of a carnival parade with decorated floats followed by another floral display in a park and views of caged animals at an unidentified zoo. We then return to another seaside resort followed by views of people walking through a formal garden and inside a chapel. We then see shots of a busy beach at Southend on Sea including views of a bandstand and stage show with child performers and a shot of the pier. Holidaymakers sit in deck chairs watching the show. After a section showing a family in a garden and a little girl playing with a pushchair we see an outing to Hampton Court Palace with views of the house and grounds.
