Description

We see crowds gathered outside a council building in Wednesfield awaiting the arrival of the Queen. Children wave union flags for the camera and there is also a shot of a little girl standing holding a posy. There is also a tracking shot from a car passing the crowd of spectators. We then see the arrival of Queen Elizabeth II by car. She is greeted by local dignitaries outside the council office and signs an official book. She gets back into the car and the royal motorcade is seen leaving and passing a banner marking the boundary with Willenhall.
