Description

Views of a Ruston Bucyrus 10-RB excavator at work in a field. The engine cover is open to show the Ruston diesel engine. We then see a Ruston powered crane operated by Neale and Co, a small earth mover and a stationary pump in a quarry. Large grab-line earth movers are also seen operating in a quarry followed by a mobile diesel generator used with a pneumatic drill followed by a grader used in road construction. We then see work underway at Hadley Wood railway station (Enfield) to widen the line from two to four tracks. Steam hauled trains are seen passing a Ruston mixer. At a different location we then see a diesel road roller followed by an Allis Chalmers crawler tractor in a field and finally a mobile generator that is used to power an arc welder.
