We open with a high angle view looking down on the site of the tramway museum at Crich in Derbyshire. Cars are shown arriving and visitors walking towards the museum. The film is accompanied with music and a short section of commentary describing the history of the museum. We see shots of volunteers working on the line, views of stationary trams and equipment awaiting restoration. We see visitors boarding an open top Blackpool tram and having a ride along the line. There are also views from on-board the tram and a point of view as it approaches a halt.
