The film starts off with a boy cycling to All Saints' Church, Brixworth. We see the boy looking at the church and shots of various features in the church including Roman tiles and the apse. Following this we see shots of the school building from the church and then the archaeological remains of a 13th Century granary nearby. Next we see shots of preparations and displays at a flower festival in the church. The film continues with shots of the village, the
Coach and Horses pub, Northampton railway line showing the site of former station, Pitsford Reservoir, stalls and games at the Summer Fete. Then we see shots of Brixworth Brownies and Cubs at a Christmas party and jumping and fancy dress at Brixworth Gymkhana. Towards the end of the film there are shots of the Pytchley Hunt opening meet in the village. The film ends with shots of the boy cycling away from the church, then stealing eggs from a birds nest and shots of two boys on go karts.
