We see a parade in Leicester filmed from a fixed high angle. Next, in Abbey Park we see scenes from the June 1932 Leicester Pageant which involved various historical reinactments. The backs of people's heads in the crowd are also prominantly seen. We then see various holiday shots including a family enjoying a picnic next to a parked car, walking along a cliff, in a garden, a parade of horses and elephants in a holiday town promoting an appearance by Chapman's Circus of London, the exterior of the smallest house in Great Britain (which is in Conwy), the exterior of Conwy Castle and more picnics and garden events.

Lake District and Wales were scratched into the spool but the exact locations are unknown apart from Conwy.
The Pageant of Leicester was intended to show the history of the area from AD50 until the opening of Abbey Park in 1882. See also the film of the same name.
