We meet Andrea Costello, her mother Doreen and her husband Jack who run the Young at Risk in Derby with manager Mick Walsh. Andrea is interviewed about setting up the hostel three years ago which provides accomodation for young people in the city. She talks about some of the problems faced by her clients as well as the difficulties of working with the DHSS. We meet some of the boys who have gone on to find work including a young man working on a school crossing patrol, and a waiter in the Babbington tea rooms in the city.
