Description

The reel opens with two girls in the garden of the family home of Austy Manor at Wootton Wawen in Warwickshire. They play with a bulldog (Bullah) and also try out golf on the lawn. We then cut to a group getting into a Rolls Royce 20/25 at Austy Manor and driving away. We then see views of the Prince of Wales (the future King Edward VIII) arriving at the opening of the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre at Stratford upon Avon. A large crowd is in attendance. We then see visitors outside Ann Hathaway's Cottage at Shottery and a shot of the Rolls Royce on a narrow street in Shottery. We then see the party boating on the River Avon followed by a view of the Shakespeare birthplace house in Stratford and then Mary Arden's Cottage at Wilmcote. After a brief view of a fox hunt proceeding across countryside we see the Rolls Royce returning to Austy Manor.
