The film opens with shots of a Dutch championship road race in which the TI Raleigh cycle team are competing. We are introduced to Bob Williams who works in public relations for TI Raleigh and looks after the race team in Europe. We then cut back to Williams in his home and out walking his dog and his voice over describes his background (family photos are show). He left school at 16 spent time working for Tube Investments before studying at art college and then spending a time in the army (more stills). After leaving the army he got a job at Raleigh in Nottingham (where his father also works). We see him driving into the works entrance on Lenton Boulevard. We then see him in the public relations department following by more shots of cycle racing (copyright?). Williams is seen at home relaxing listening to music as he talks about his home life (wedding photos shown). He has since separated from his wife. We then see him cycling with his father, visiting his parents for a family meal and enjoying his hobby of horse riding. Final sections continue with shots of Williams at a party and finally shaving in his bathroom with his voice over about his future. A voice over at the end of the programme states that he has since left the company.
