The film starts off with a graph showing different types of battery life. Then we see shots outside Alkaline Batteries Ltd, Union Street, Redditch factory and women and men working the factory. We see shots of women testing battery cells and batteries. This is followed by a series of tests showing the quality of the Pertrix batteries and their uses. We then see shots outside a battery shop in London, the home of Pertrix batteries, called Britannia Batteries. The film ends with shots of a display of Pertrix batteries.
