We see shots of dancers from the Goose Fair and a man in a suit climbing down from a very high platform. We then see two divers performing a series of trick dives from a lower platform into a small round pool (both individually and together) and four women parading around the outside of the pool - possibly a fashion show. We then see a man with one leg jumping from the high platform.
We also see shots of a dwarf in a grass skirt being introduced to the Lord Mayor and his wife who are also seen on a carousel.
