Mike Warman talks to the Miss Edith Wilkes, the head-teacher of Grove primary school about suggestions that a special school should be set up for the non-white population which she strongly disagrees with. (Some parents from the school had threatened to boycott the school). She is also asked about the teaching of pupils who start at the school without being able to speak English.
