An interview with Mary Thompson who served as a lady's maid for Lady Throckmorton and her two daughters at Coughton Court in the 1920s and 30s. We hear about arriving at the house for the first time, daily life in the house, Sir Robert Throckmorton's coming of age celebrations in February 1929, George V Jubilee Celebrations, Miss Anne being presented at court and the Baroness's marriage. We also see shots of the building, the saloon and various photographs. Mary Thompson was awarded the British Empire Medal for services to the National Trust at Coughton Court in 1976.
