Reg Harcourt talks to 85-year-old George Hodgkinson who is a former Lord Mayor of Coventry and a long-time member of the Labour Party; 70-year-old Bill Warman who is a trade unionist; and 84-year-old Jack Killian from Walsall who joined the party in 1920. They all talk about how the crusading spirit of Labour has been lost and the party is now propping up a system that it was formed to change. Reg Harcourt also looks back at the history of the party (these sections are audio only and would have included extensive use of archive stills and film).
