Views of Kidderminster town centre including high angle views across the town. Vox pops in Kidderminster about the performance of the Liberals since they took control of the council in May last year. Wyre Forest District Council was formed in 1974 and includes Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley and the surrounding villages. At the last local council elections the Conservatives were the largest single party but because of support of Labour, the Liberals have managed to gain control. Interview with the Liberal leader on the council Tony Batchelor about how Labour and the Conservatives refused to work together. Exterior of Wyre Forest District Council headquarters.
