Description

The film begins with shots of people on a beach in St Ives, Cornwall. The remainder of the reel shows locations seen during a cruise around the West indies. We then see shots of workers and a steam hauled train (loaded with sugar cane?) somewhere in the Caribbean followed by shots in the street, women in a garden and shots of boats. Then we see a beach, people boarding a boat and a shots taken from a boat - including a view of a flying boat. Then shots of buildings, a swimming pool, a boat trip on a glass-bottomed boat and coastline. We also see the Panama Canal. The film ends with shots of passengers on board the Duchess of Richmond liner (which was operated by the Canadian Pacific Railway Company) including some deck games on the ship.
