We see Bill Andrews on his Leicester window cleaning round. He provides a commentary to the film about his cleaning techniques and his dog Nipper. We see Bill at work on College Street in Leicester and cleaning a building on London Road in the city. Bill is also shown at home demonstrating his piano playing.
