The start of the tape has a series of quick shots of young people (possibly in a youth club) accompanied by a very basic electronic sound track with singing by children.
We then cut to a group chatting for the camera about the recent death of Clinton McCurbin (who died in Wolverhampton whilst being arrested). One holds up a poster - 'Clinton McCurbin Murdered - Who Next?'
Next three young people roleplay a short drama in which a school pupil (Raymond 'Razza') has been playing truant from school and his mother is summoned to the school to explain why he has been staying away. The final short drama has Razza again this time in a police station being interviewed by an officer about a fight in a youth club. The interview is interrupted when the boys’ friends and family turn up, wanting to know what’s happening to him. (This part of the play is filmed twice, poor sound recording in first take).
