We see shots of high water levels on the River Severn at Bewdley followed by scenes of flooded roads and buildings including Styles Mill, The Cock and Magpie pub and Coles Quay in 1960. Following this there are brief shots of the Toll House and Dowles Railway Bridge being demolished. The film continues with shots of Bewdley in the snow and in a back garden. Finally we see shots of a man on a bulldozer at the side of the River Severn and a group of people standing nearby.
