Description

Programme introduced in the studio by Zia Mohyeddin. This is the last in the current series and is made up of studio performances. We see the pop vocal group The Three Degrees singing 'The Boss'; Indian veena musician Dr V. Doreswarmy Iyengar accompanied by A. V. Anand and Mohana Lakshmipathy; the Birmingham based dance group Atmozphier who have recently turned to singing perform a song and then a dance routine; the Persian folk singer Shusha (Shusha Guppy); the Asian illusionist Guru Rangeela performs his magic act; and finally a song from the hotly tipped new pop group Kalimba.

Production number 5756/85. The introduction to Atmozphier's act mentions that they had appeared on Crossroads and Play For Today. The Play for Today was '3 Minute Heroes' set in Coventry and broadcast by the BBC in 1982.
