Description

The film starts with high angle views of a carnival parade and crowds watching. Next we see shots of small fairground rides and performers at a fair. This is followed by people in fancy dress and shots of another parade on Queen Street, Mansfield. The end of the reel shows flood water with people in boats (likely to be the May 1932 River Trent flooding).
