Description

We see research being carried out at the NCB's Coal Preparation Research Branch at Bretby in Derbyshire. Techniques used to clean and process coal are demonstrated including the Bretby Cyclone which recovers fine coal from water and a core washer that is used to provide partial cleaning for coal destined for power stations.
