Series of stills showing stages in the construction of the television studio on Lenton Lane in Nottingham.

Exterior shots of the Giltbrook studio (this was planned to be used from January 1982 but industrial problems prevented its use until October 1983). The shots show Central News reporters Terry Lloyd and David Foster outside (snow on the ground, probably shot in 1982). Shots of characters wearing Disney cartoon costumes arriving on a bus at Giltbrook and walking inside (dated 2 December 1983 on the tape).

Views behind the scenes at Lenton Lane showing technicians soldering equipment and making final checks on VTR and studio gallery equipment (dated 2 January 1984). Exterior shots of the Lenton Lane studio in wet weather (1 March 1984).
