Description

Martin and Jane Wyman have two children and run two cars. Martin runs his own business. Library pictures from yesterday's preview report showing the family. Today they watched the Chancellor's budget speech on television with chartered accountant Bob Heason who spelled out the changes to their finances. They will lose out with the increase in tobacco duty and petrol but gain in the decrease in personal tax. They talk about the outcome of the Budget.
