Anne Diamond took the Guide's author, Hilary Rubenstein to the Plough and Harrow Hotel in Birmingham which was chosen by Egon Ronay as the hotel of the year in 1981. Brief interview with the manager Thomas Perez who said that he was sad not to see the hotel in the guide. Exterior of the Plough and Harrow Hotel. Views inside the kitchen, dining room and a bedroom suite (+ trims).
