Rohit Kachroo live pieces to camera from outside the Bournville plant. The outbreak occurred at the firm's Marlbrook plant in Leominster but there was a delay during which the company did not inform the authorities. Interview with Nick Lowe of Birmingham City Council who describes the firm's explanation as unacceptable. Graphic explaining the costs to the firm. Rohit then talks to Shaun Garratty who became seriously ill from the same strain of salmonella that was found at Cadbury's. He is now seeking compensation.
