The Libyans have said that the men can stand trial in a neutral country. Interview with a Libyan Government spokesman who said that they have the same interests and sincerity as Dr. Jim Swire, whose daughter Flora was killed in the air crash, and is spokesman for the families whose relatives died in the disaster.
