Tingle visits St Bernadette’s Roman Catholic school at Sneinton Dale in Nottingham where he interviews headmaster Justin Grealey about the purpose of the lessons. We see children in the playground, and in the dining hall and cafeteria eating school dinners. We then see examples of the pupils' peace artwork and see a lesson taking place in which teenage pupils discuss issues including the war in the Falkland Islands. Vox pops with children about what they have learnt. Interview with Dennis Pettitt, Labour leader of Nottinghamshire County Council about charges of the lessons being 'left wing brainwashing' and with Michael Spungin, Conservative leader on the council.
