Exterior of the Imperial Typewriter factory in Leicester which is the centre of a long running industrial dispute. The National Front had planned to assemble outside the factory and then march past Spinney Hill Park to a meeting place at Wyggeston Girls School. Reg Harcourt piece to camera outside the school. The local council could stop the group meeting at the school but permission for the march itself is governed by the police. Exterior of Granby Halls which is likely to now become the assembly point. Interview with Terry Verity of the National Front about the reasons why they want to march past Imperial Typewriters. Also an interview with Margaret Gracie of Interracial Solidarity Group re why they have planned a counter-demonstration and the possibilities of a clash between the two groups.
