Description

He refused to pay as a protest against its cost but was released from prison after two days. Interviews with Len Walker and his wife and with Robert Pitcairn, a local fish and chip shop owner who paid Mr Walker's fine. Also interview with Harry Crompton of the Pensioners Action Association who are campaigning for more financial aid for elderley peole.
