A new Medical Sciences building is opened at Leicester University by Sir Cyril Clarke (former president of the Royal College of Physicians).
We see:
Sir Cyril Clarke at the opening ceremony;
an establishing shot of the building;
medical students at work inside.
These shots are followed by an interview with Maurice Shock, Vice Chancellor of Leicester University, about the expense of training medical students and plans for the future of the sector.
