Police have been talking to staff and regulars at the nearby Yew Tree pub where Mrs McGuinness had a part-time job before Christmas. Interview with Detective Chief Bob Stewart who said that there was a possible link with the so called 'house for sale rapist' who has attacked several women since the summer of 1980.
