Description

We see the group of apprentices leaving Dover, a view from a train carriage window of mountains, Innsbruck and then the group riding in a cable car and walking and climbing in Austria. At the end of the film there is a short sequence of the group at Snow Hill railway station in Birmingham.

Male and female trainees at Accles and Pollock had the opportunity to travel abroad on trips that were subsidised by the company. This trip was led by Ralph Gordon of the personnel department at A & P.
