The film begins with a fancy dress parade including a gurner. Girl guides are seen marching in a field which is followed by a parade including horse drawn trade displays. The watching crowd are encouraged to pose for the camera by a man from the local cinema. A van with the sign 'See yourself on the film' is visible parked in the background. At the end of the reel the cinema staff pose for the camera (film posters for Come Clean and The Champ are just visible).
