We see Reg Hillard working on his land (looks like fruit picking) and a shot of an electricity pylon. A man in a suit arrives and attempts to give a piece of paper to Mr Hillard but he refuses to accept it (probably some sort of legal order). The electricity board have put up pylons on his land but he is refusing them access to connect the cables.
