Interview with shopkeeper Barri Gordon who pays £100 a week for a much smaller store in Rugby. Interview with Councillor Gordon Calvert who said that ratepayers were having to subsidise the store and he hoped they would offer to pay more. Exterior of Marks and Spencer store in Rugby and view of Rugby town centre. Also a shot of Hepworths in Coventry where the men's clothing chain also pay a very low rent (+ trims).
