We see a Daimler limousine pulling up outside the Jaguar factory in Coventry. Richard Hudson-Evans gets out for a piece to camera. Inside the factory we see the luxury cars being assembled. Interview with Jaguar salesman John Egan about group assembly where workers tackle the individual manufacture of a car which has been very successful but only works in this case because the number of Daimler cars made is very small. Richard also talks to two workers who prefer this method of working. (+ 3.15 trims of the car and production including shots of a television set that is fitted to the back of one of the cars).
